Within the Terms and Conditions are General Terms & Conditions, which apply to all the products and services he offers. They are issued in conjunction with Specific Rules and the HELP section which are organised by reference to whichever of our products and services are being enjoyed. ANY REFERENCE TO “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, THEREFORE, IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY APPLICABLE SPECIFIC RULES AND THE HELP SECTION. To the extent there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and any of the Specific Rules, the Help Section or the Privacy Policy or any document referred to herein, then the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. No swearing in front of children or old people (unless it is a 'life or death' situation).
3. Swearing is possible in certain circumstances (see 2) and when it is well carried out it will be deemed 'ok'.
4. Please don't try to sell me anything. I will haggle endlessly and ask for my money back after 3 minutes
5. Please be positive in all circumstances, even under the most unpromising conditions. However Christopher Briggs reserves the right to be negative in the face of overwhelming or excessive positivity.
